Most applications receive a credit decision within a few minutes. The process itself takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Once we recieve the approval on your end, the equipment can be ordered and the install can be scheduled. 

Wells Fargo will send out all of your account information, usually within 30 days. Once we process the Wells Fargo financing on our end, they will handle the rest. Payments will be made to Wells Fargo directly and can usually be made online, over the phone, or via mail. Their online account management and app are wonderful tools that will provide all payment details, monthly payment amount, due date, and account information. 

Once we process the Wells Fargo transaction on our end, we no longer have access to any of your account information. They have a great customer service department, so we would recommend reaching out to them! 

Unfortunately, the credit decision is made entirely by Wells Fargo. If you are not approved, there is not anything we can do our on our end. We would recommend applying with a joint applicant if you are questioning whether your application will be approved. 

Wells Fargo does not charge a fee to pay off your remaining balance.
