Meet Mike & Laura Estes!

Mike & Laura Estes are the original owners of Estes Heating & Air.
In October of 1999, they decided to start Estes Heating & Air. Laura knew about the HVAC industry from her parents’ family business, and Mike had worked in the HVAC field for quite a while. They saw the opportunity to create a company with the goal of providing quality service with transparency, as promised.

Together, they have a passion to reach people in the community by giving the service customers deserve, while also making them feel heard.

Mike & Laura met in college at Clemson University. They have been happily married for over 30 years! They have three wonderful children, who are actively involved in the company.

When not at work, they enjoy traveling to new places. You can also find them spending time with family and friends on the lake, enjoying the outdoors, or cheering on Clemson Tiger sports!

Since 1999, Estes Heating & Air has provided a full range of heating and air conditioning services across the Upstate. Our service technicians and installers have the experience and knowledge to meet every client’s needs, having their HVAC equipment fixed and running in no time. After more than 25 years of dedicated service, we have built up our team from two employees to more than 30, and look forward to many more years of growth and excellent service.

Estes Heating & Air first began as a new construction installation company in 1999. Soon enough, the business grew into a full service and maintenance company. Our primary focus is to advance HVAC services by maintaining excellent customer service with quality work and comfort, at an accommodating price. Integrity and care for every customer is what we are about.

In 2004 and 2005, Estes was awarded the Best Business in our Area. And in 2006, we received the Exceeding Sales Goals Award. We were proud to have received 10 years of Loyalty Awards in 2014. For 2014 and 2015, our distributor, Bryant, awarded our company the Top Revenue Category in the Southeastern Region. In 2016, we were honored to receive the Bryant Dealer of the Year for the Southeastern Region.

We are currently a proud Elite Dealer for HEIL Heating & Cooling products through ICP. In 2021, Estes received the 2021 HEIL Elite Citizen award presented by Heil and Gateway Supply! This award commends Estes Heating & Air for going above and beyond in service to the citizens of the community.

Since 2019, we continue to hold the outstanding sales and award of excellence. Most recently in 2021 and 2023, we were rewarded the highest performance level in the Upstate Region.
