If there is an issue or problem found, the technicians will offer reasonable fixes and/or replacement options. We will never sell you something you do not need!

Daniel K.7 months agoTim Smith and his crew are by far the most professional technicians I have ever seen work. Tim came out to my house for an initial inspection of the unit and contacted me again within 24 hours with the estimate of a new unit including needed duct line work. Tim ordered the needed unit and he and his crew returned to my house within 36 hours and installed the unit. From start to finish, he and his crew took 4 hours and hauled off the old unit. No trash was left behind.
I’ve hired other HVAC companies in the past for other properties and Tim with Estes Heating & Air have set the bar for customer service and professionalism. Their prices are competitive and handle the whole project themselves. No needs to hire outside electricians or hidden costs for the home owner. I will only use Estes from now on. A big thank you to Tim Smith!!

llll L.10 months agoI can’t say enough positive things about Estes and the technician Cody, who came out to my house today. He went above and beyond and was so kind courteous. I am new to the area and got a recommendation from my neighbor and have hired them to fix what is going on with my HVAC system and also signed up for a maintenance plan. The company was very responsive and he was extremely knowledgeable. He took videos, pictures and explained to me exactly what was going on.

Tom R.12 months agoEstes has been so wonderful to work with. We signed up for their bi-annual maintenance/checkup, thankfully, and found that our blower and coil were caked with dust and build up. Cody came over, found several issues we were unaware of that needed addressing, and handled it all for us. The communication, professionalism, and personal touch is something I highly admire about Estes, especially being in the trades myself. They truly hire the best people and hold themselves to a high standard. I highly recommend them!

I called them out of the blue, and to my surprise, they already had all my information from when my house was built. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy—they sent a confirmation text and even followed up with a reminder.
What really impressed me was the communication. I received a photo and bio of the technician ahead of time, which gave me real peace of mind. They even called earlier in the day to see if they could come by sooner since they were running ahead of schedule.
The service itself was thorough and professional. The technician walked me through everything with explanations and photos, and their rates are reasonable. I truly appreciate the honesty and care they bring to their work.

Within minutes Cody returned my call and was out to my house within the hour. He was knowledgeable respectful and explained the problem thoroughly. I was lucky it was quick fix.
